What type of caps do you sell?
We carry Trucker caps, A Frame Snapbacks, Round Brim Snapbacks, Baseball caps, and Classic Snapbacks — plus apparel and accessories.
Can I customise my cap with embroidery?
Yes! Add your name or text to selected caps for an additional RM35. Max 10 characters. Available during checkout on eligible products.
What is the Syndicate Box?
Our premium gift box packaging for RM49 — great for gifting or keeping your cap protected in style.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free shipping on all orders above RM200 within Malaysia.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use it to track your parcel through our courier's website.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, and Brunei. Rates and delivery times vary by destination.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit/debit cards, online banking (FPX), and e-wallets. Payments are processed securely through Shopify.
How do I return an item?
