Eligibility

  • Must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Must be returned in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase required
  • Sale items and custom/embroidered products are non-returnable

How to Return

  1. Email us at hello@theamincap.com with your order number and reason
  2. We'll provide return instructions and the return address
  3. Pack securely and send via a trackable courier
  4. Once received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days and credited to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. Contact us with photos within 14 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
