Sync stok antara Shopify, Shopee, TikTok Shop & offline (mall) dari satu dashboard. Bila ada order dari mana-mana channel, stok auto deduct — elak overselling.
Loyalty Program — Ada Batasan Penting
Loyalty SiteGiant tidak sync dengan Shopify. Points hanya dikira bila customer beli melalui platform SiteGiant sendiri (webstore SiteGiant, Shopee, TikTok, offline POS).
Untuk guna loyalty sepenuhnya, TAC perlu migrate webstore ke SiteGiant — tinggalkan Shopify sebagai platform utama. Ini keputusan besar yang perlu dibincangkan dulu sebelum proceed.
